So what does website training include?
The first thing you will want to know once your new website is ready to go live is how to use the content management system. So as you would expect we provide full CMS training which includes managing web pages, adding new content, uploading images and general website maintenance and management. If it's an ecommerce CMS, the training includes more advanced training due to the more advanced tools on offer and includes training in order management tasks, product and category management, as well as the day to day tasks that we mentioned above. We will train you in every area you need to run your ecommerce website immediately and if you require additional training you can even book us for a day's training at your premises or place of work.
How is website training provided and how long does it take?
Over the years we've been doing this we've worked to streamline the website training into a short and extremely useful 2 hours which you can have in bite size chunks or a full two hour session and because our website CMS training is done by phone or Skype you can do it in the comfort of your own office or home. We find this is the best way to give our clients the flexibility and comfort they need for a beneficial training session. Of course not everyone needs 2 hours and that's fine, in fact because of the great content management system provided with our professional website design solutions many clients need just an hour's training.
