Our latest ecommerce website for leading supplier of blank promotional gifts and products launches.
Blank Plastic is one of the UK's leading suppliers of blank promotional products. They had an existing website but wanted a fresh new look with a new content management system and improved functionality. Having worked with the client before with the development and rebranding of my-accessories website and achieving great results with our search engine optimisation campaign, the client contacted us to weave the same magic on another of their busy websites.
A full re-design and re-development was commissioned for this new ecommerce website project as well as web hosting, email and SSL, integration with TradeBox and secure on site payment gateway.
As much as possible we wanted to place the emphasis of the website on the products so the design was kept very simple, we used a lot of white space and indeed a lot of spacing. With less room taken up with columns and images it makes it a very easy website to navigate. This is further helped with the very simply styled navigation menus, large buttons, slightly oversized text and simple colour palette.
The clean and simple front end hides a very robust content management system with accounting and stock tracking integration, shopping feed integration and export, banner management and some very powerful seo tools, which we'll be using over the coming months when we start our client's seo campaign.
